Much Lower Room Rates for Conference Hotel

STC’s official hotel for the 2009 Technical Communication Summit is the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The Hyatt Regency is the location for all the activities associated with the Summit and the only hotel with which STC has a block of rooms. STC’s negotiated room rate is $174.00 (plus 15 percent tax) for either a single or double accommodation, 21 percent lower than last year’s room rate. Assure you receive STC’s group rate by making your reservations no later than Friday, 3 April 2009. You may make your reservations through the Hyatt Regency Atlanta link on STC’s conference website, by calling Hyatt National Reservations at +1 (888) 233-1234, or by calling the hotel directly at +1 (404) 577-1234.

STC wants you to have the best possible experience when attending the Technical Communication Summit. Staying at the Hyatt will facilitate networking with other attendees and will be the least expensive option as well.
