About the Presentation:
———————-

Usability Engineering is an interesting assessment and application of human interface with information systems. Its importance is often overlooked in system design and deployment. This presentation: “What Frustrates Blind Users on the Web: Research on 100 Blind Users” – presents findings from a recent research study on how blind users respond to frustrating situations on the web.

100 Blind users took part in this study, which makes it one of the largest research studies of blind users, and the findings provide guidance on how to improve web site design for blind users, and how blind users and visual users respond differently.
