The following are the winners of the Shirley G. Carter scholarship for college students.

Unfortunately, the scholarship program is inactive some years when we don't have a manager for the Education Committee. The Education Committee is responsible for the scholarship programs. Please see the Volunteer Openings page and fill in the signup form if you are interested in working on the Education Committee.
