About the Meeting

Topic 1: Developing Document Templates (in Word)—Demonstration of the advanced word processing templates that RWD uses to control documentation development and promote rapid conversions to online help. The template development process will be described and the skills needed by the template developer. Topic 2: Document Management (Documentum software)—Demonstration of the document management software (Documentum) and a discussion of how RWD incorporates this software into the documentation workflow.
