About the Meeting

This presentation will provide a preview of the workshop the speakers are leading in Orlando at STC's upcoming conference. It will explain the role of Quality Control in the creation and delivery of printed and technology training products, and it will provide a high-level explanation of how to apply a standard quality control process to all types of printed technical documentation, electronic documentation, online help systems, and technology-based training programs.
