Joint Metro Baltimore - Washington, DC Chapter Meeting. Topic: "Copyright Issues on the Web"

About the Meeting

Mr. Francis A. Cooch will address copyright infringement in general as well as such issues as changes in copyright law, shrink-wrap licenses, database ownership, digital format license, audio rights, vicarious liability/contributory infringement, Web content management, framing, linking, copying Web pages, and intranets. In addition, he will touch on such noncopyright issues as trademarks: domain names, meta tags; trade secrets; privacy; commerce; and export control.

Don't forget your business cards for networking! We collect a business card from each attendee for a chance to win the registration fee for the Annual conference. The drawing takes place at the February meeting. The more meetings you attend, the more chances to win.
