Topic: "Software Testing Workshop"

About the Event

This software testing workshop is designed to give attendees an overview of basic software testing techniques and terminology. Originally presented at the 1997 STC Annual Conference in Toronto and repeated at the 1998 conference in Anaheim, CA, the workshop is geared toward professionals in the software development field who want to learn more about software testing and expand their skillset. The workshop uses hands-on exercises with example software systems. In the workshop, you will learn how to decide the appropriate tests to perform, plan your testing strategy, develop testing scenarios, and document problems you found. The workshop concludes with a discussion of methods for tracking problems, reporting the status of testing efforts, and evaluating the overall status of the software being tested.

Don't forget your business cards!
