Job Description:  The Land Management Team of the Nature Conservancy of Maryland (4 year-round staff plus summer crews) seeks year-round help in managing lands where the Conservancy holds a legal interest. This includes the 31 nature preserves that we own, as well as 50 areas where we have assisted other conservation organizations ("co-op sites") and 11 conservation easements. On our lands we also have custodial responsibilities such as maintaining visitor facilities, trails, signs, boardwalks and boundaries. On land where we have other interests such as deed restrictions and conservation easements, we have legal obligations to monitor and enforce our conservation interests.
