From the Beltway and I-95 north:
APL is south of Columbia. Take the Beltway (I-495) North to I-95 North. Take the second exit (Route 198 West, Laurel) to Route 29 North (Colesville Road). Turn left on Johns Hopkins Road. Turn right off Johns Hopkins Road after about 1/4 mile, at the 2nd entrance to JHU/APL (tree-lined drive). Visitor parking is on the left. The event is in the main building with the circular drive in front. Follow STC signs inside.
From the Capital Beltway (I-495):
Take US Rt. 29 North (Colesville Rd.);
10 miles to Johns Hopkins Rd., turn left at traffic light;
APL is located to the right, just past the service station. We will be in the cafeteria, which is in the same building as Lobby 1 (the Main Lobby). See the map of lobbies and entrances to find the closest parking lot to this entrance.
From Baltimore:
Take Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to I-95 South exit;
10 miles to Columbia exit (MD Rte. 32 West);
2.5 miles to Washington, DC,
exit (US Rte. 29 South);
1.5 miles to Johns Hopkins Rd., turn right at traffic light;

Follow I-195 to I-95 South;
9.6 miles to Columbia exit (MD Rte. 32 West);
2.5 miles to Washington, DC, exit (US Rte. 29 South);

George Washington Memorial Parkway North;
