From the District of Columbia:
Take New York Avenue/Route 50 East (later called John Hanson Highway) and continue approximately 10 miles. The road divides at Baltimore-Washington Parkway (BW Pkwy) and Route 50. Bear to the right onto Route 50 East (towards Annapolis). Approximately 1 mile after crossing over I-95/Capital Beltway, take the exit marked "Martin Luther King Jr. Highway" – Route 704 North and bear right. Once on MLK, go through one traffic light and immediately get into the right lane. Take the next right at the sign that reads Eastpoint Business Park onto Parliament Place. Stay straight on Parliament Place, proceeding to its end where you will see a 6-story building, which is 4200 Parliament Place. To park, see Parking.

From Maryland:
Take Capital Beltway/I-95 (Andrews AFB). Take Exit 19A — Route 50 East towards Annapolis. Stay on Route 50 for approximately 3/4 mile. Take the first exit, called "Martin Luther King Jr. Highway" – Route 704 North and bear right. Once on MLK, go through one traffic light and immediately get into the right lane. Take the next right at the sign that reads Eastpoint Business Park onto Parliament Place. From Virginia (Points West):
Take I-495 (Capital Beltway) to Exit 19 – Route 50 East (toward Annapolis). [Note: I-495 changes to I-95 South several miles before Exit 19.] Stay on Route 50 East for approximately 3/4 mile. Take the first exit, called called "Martin Luther King Jr. Highway" – Route 704 North and bear right. Once on MLK, go through one traffic light and immediately get into right lane. Take I-395 North (toward Baltimore) which dead-ends at New York Avenue after approximately 5 miles. Bear to the right onto Route 50 East (towards Annapolis).
