From I-495 (the Beltway), take Exit 11A for Route 123 N / Chain Bridge Road, towards McLean:
Proceed through the intersection of Route 123 and Lewinsville Road/Great Falls Road. The entrance to Evans Farm Inn is 100 yards or so after the intersection on your right.

Parking is in an open lot.
