From Dupont Circle (about .8 mile):
At the top of the escalators, turn left on 19th Street. Walk for a few blocks, then turn right on N Street. At some point, get on the left side of the street. When N Street ends, the street takes a left turn and becomes 25th Street. Walk past 1231 25th St., which is labeled "The Bureau of National Affairs." Turn left into the courtyard. Enter the glass doors halfway down the courtyard on your left and sign in with the security guard. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.
From Foggy Bottom (about .6 mile):
At the top of the escalators, turn left on 23rd Street. Go straight until you get to Washington Circle. (Keep on the sidewalk. Don't cross the street to the center of the circle.) Bear left. Cross New Hampshire Avenue. Keep going as if you were going around the circle. Cross K Street, which is one-way towards you. Walk over an underpass and a few yards more, until you have to cross a street. Going straight, cross 24th Street, then immediately turn right and cross Pennsylvania Ave. Go for two blocks; then cross M Street. Turn left on M Street and walk a few yards, just past Le Bistro, until you see a break between buildings. (The building on the left has a fountain on its wall.) Walk down this little pedestrian alley. Turn left and go down the stairs. Walk across the courtyard and bear right to 1227 25th Street. (If you get to 25th Street itself, you've gone too far.) Enter through the glass doors and sign in with the security guard. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.
1227 25th Street is between M Street and The Bureau of National Affairs main building at 1231 25th Street. Enter the courtyard between 1231 25th Street and the parking garage. (Don't park in this garage. It closes at 7 pm.) Enter the glass doors halfway down the courtyard on your left and sign in with the security guard. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.
From Rockville/Silver Spring, MD:
Take the Beltway (I-495) toward Virginia. Take the Cabin John Parkway Exit, which becomes Clara Barton Parkway and empties onto M Street. Continue on M Street through Georgetown. The road forks and M Street becomes one-way going the wrong direction; take the right fork, Pennsylvania Avenue. Go two blocks and turn left on 25th Street. Cross M Street and then park on the street. If you would rather park at a nearby lot, turn right on N Street, then right again on 24th Street. Cross M Street. There is a parking lot immediately on your right.
From Virginia:
Cross over Key Bridge to M Street. Turn right and continue on M Street through Georgetown. The road forks and M Street becomes one-way going the wrong direction; take the right fork, Pennsylvania Avenue. Go two blocks and turn left on 25th St. Cross M Street and then park on the street. If you would rather park at a nearby lot, turn right on N Street, then right again on 24th Street. Cross M Street. There is a parking lot immediately on your right.
From the M Street and Pennsylvannia Avenue split, drive two blocks and turn left on 25th Street. Cross M Street and then park on the street. If you would rather park at a nearby lot, turn right on N Street, then right again on 24th Street. Cross M Street. There is a parking lot immediately on your right. (Don't park in this garage for evening events. It closes at 7 pm.)

Parking in Metro lots –
SmarTrip cards:
A SmarTrip card is the only form of payment accepted at Metro-operated parking lots. For more information about Metro parking and lot operating hours, see Daily parking at Metro stations.
You may purchase SmarTrip cards online from the Metro Store. (Note: The Metro Store page is on a very slow server so it may take a while for the page to load.)
Standard SmarTrip farecard:
A renewable SmarTrip farecard purchased online has a $20 fare value already on it. The cost for the renewable card is $5. The total charge for this card is $25 online.
Senior and Disabled SmarTrip farecard:
In order to purchase a discounted farecard, Senior citizens (65 and older) and persons with disabilities must have a valid WMATA Senior/Disabled ID card. (Applications for the free WMATA Senior/Disabled ID card are available from the Office of ADA Programs at 600 Fifth Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001 or by calling 202/962-1558, TTY 202/962-2033 and requesting an application be mailed to you.) A renewable SmarTrip farecard for senior and disabled riders purchased online has a $10 fare value already on it. The cost for the renewable card is $5. The total charge for this card is $15 online.
SmarTrip cards may also be purchased from vending machines in Metro stations but come with a lower initial fare value: $5 for the card with a $5 fare value for a total of $10 for the standard farecard. A separate vending machine allows you to add fare value up to $300 to the card.
