Judging Manager and sorting volunteers Sorting Day: The Judging Manager assigns categories and Team Judges to the Lead Judges for all reconciled entries. Volunteers help put packages together for the judging teams.

Judging Manager, Lead Judges, Team Judges, Entries Manager, Competition Manager Entries Pick-Up and Judges' Training meeting: The first Judges Meeting is held to hand over the entries and judging materials. All judges meet and discuss the guidelines for judging. Lead Judges distribute entries and judging materials to Team Judges. All entries are judged by the individual judges during the time between this meeting and the consensus meeting.

Lead Judges and Team Judges Consensus Meeting: Judges discuss their comments with their team members to determine the final ratings of each entry (Distinguished, Excellence, Merit, or no award). Lead Judges and Team Judges then choose the Best of Category for each of their categories.
 
Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be someone at the front door of the building to let people in from 9:30 until 10 a.m. A light lunch will be provided.
