Deadline for entries Entries must be received by
7:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (U.S.).

Consensus judging for all entries. Awards are determined and Best of Show judging.

Deadline for entries DTC winning entries to be received by the International Summit Awards.

Award status letters Target date for all award and non-award notifications to be received by entrants.

59th Annual Conference Technical Communication Summit to be held 20-23 May 2012, in Rosemont – Chicago, Illinois—International Competition winning entries are displayed; International Best of Show awards presented.
