Carolyn Kelley Klinger is the STC Washington, DC chapter's webinar manager. She served as chapter President from 2001 to 2003. For one year each prior to serving as President she served as chapter Secretary, 2nd Vice President/Competition Committee Manager, and 1st Vice President/Events Committee Manager. She was the chapter's interim Treasurer while a permanent Treasurer was sought in the 2004-2005 chapter year. She served as Membership Manager from 2005 to 2008.
A technical writer with a Master's degree in Geography, Carolyn is an independent consultant working from home in Olney, Maryland, where she also is Mom to Todd. Her clients include the National Cancer Institute Center for Bioinformatics (through Lockheed Martin Management System Designers) and several private companies.
