Technical Publications Competition Co-Manager, STC Washington DC Chapter
Charlotte Glenn has worked as a technical writer for 25 years. She has been a member of the Washington D.C. chapter of STC since 2001. In 2005, she received an Award of Merit in the Washington chapter's technical publications competition.
Charlotte is currently a Lead Technical Writer for MRO Software, which will be acquired by IBM in the fourth quarter of 2006. Her portfolio includes online help, system administration guides, user guides, installation guides, and customization guides.
She received a bachelor's degree in French and English from Radford University and a Masters Degree in French from the University of Virginia.
