Charlotte Glenn is a software engineer for IBM in Fairfax, Virginia. She is the information development lead for IBM Intelligent Building Management software and is the moderator for the Maximo product wiki. She has a bachelor's degree in French and English from Radford University and a Masters Degree in French from the University of Virginia.

Charlotte served as Technical Publications Committee co-chairman from 2006 through 2010. She was Entries Manager for the competition in 2010 and 2011.
