Melissa Brown is a Senior Web Analyst for Network Designs, where she structures information and manages content for FAA Web sites. She has over 15 years of experience in the technical writing and programming fields, with a special interest in online Help. Within STC, she has held a variety of roles in the DC chapter and international STC competitions such as judge, Online competition manager, and Competition Committee manager. As a past participant, she has won awards of Merit and Excellence for her own work. Melissa holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Virginia Tech, and recently completed a Masters degree in Information Technology at her alma mater.
